"I had an amazing dining experience at Haidilao Box Hill! The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what truly made our night special was the exceptional service from our server, Xiao Ye. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and had such a warm, welcoming personality. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, from refilling our drinks to preparing the dipping sauces. Her genuine smile and high level of care made us feel right at home. If you visit, definitely ask for Shuying Ye! We will certainly be back for the great food and her outstanding service. "Had such a great experience at Haidilao Hot Pot Box Hill. The soup bases were rich and flavourful, the ingredients were fresh, and there were so many options to choose from. Service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff, special thanks to Albert, were all attentive, friendly, and made the whole dining experience feel extra special. The sauces bar was also one of the highlights with plenty of choices to customise your perfect dip. Definitely one of the best spots for hotpot in Melbourne. Will absolutely be coming back!"

"My son absolutely loves this place. The ingredients are always fresh and clean, and the hotpot setup feels very safe — which gives us great peace of mind as parents. The service here is noticeably better than at most other restaurants, and they even have a small play ground for kids. For me personally, the free gel nails and free photo printing are such nice touches. I also joined a recent promotion and got a little golden horse reward! We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend for families."
